Eun Cho, an alumnus of Jacksonville University and Columbia University, spent 15-years in a finance job in New York City before realizing he wanted to do something that resonates with his life story, thus creating Haymaker Coffee. His ability to develop complex financial models and effectively communicate ideas propelled the growth of Haymaker.
